Greenpeace Day and a Local Coastal Clean-up!






Today at GIS students are dressing like "hippies" as it is Green Peace Day. This day was started by people in the 1970's. 


Greenpeace exists because this fragile earth deserves a voice. It needs solutions. It needs change. It needs action.


Greenpeace is an independent global campaigning organisation that acts to change attitudes and behaviour, to protect and conserve the environment and to promote peace by:
It is therefore great timing that tomorrow is coastal clean up day. There will be many clean ups around the local beaches.
